What to Do If Your Computer Does Not Turn On

How To Troubleshoot BlueScreen and Lock Ups in Windows
We have all seen or at least heard of the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) in Windows. How to Remove Clean This Virus
In the past few weeks we have been seeing some very crafty new fakealert viruses that make it very difficult to remove them. Of notable mention is the “Clean This” Virus and the “PC Security Tool” virus. If you are not aware, the fakealert family of viruses are a PC infection with one goal in mind; they want to trick you into paying them your hard earned money in return for cleaning a virus off your PC. The ironic part…..they are the virus. They will use every tactic imaginable to to make you think they are a legitimate program by using Microsoft Logos, McAfee logos and popular terminology you have heard before. iYogi Software Slowing Down Your PC
We get hundreds of phone calls at BoxAid on a daily basis and of course one of the most common calls is “my PC is running slowly, can you speed it up?” Well we got this exact phone call the other day and while we were looking around to see the cause of the problem we found the normal bogged down PC with dozens of junky spyware programs installed.
