Whether you need to tune up your slow PC or laptop or if you are severely infected with a virus or rootkit, the PC repair experts at Boxaid can help. Virus removal is one of our many specialties and our flat fee makes sure that you don’t have any surprise costs at the end of your support call. Even if we work on your PC for several hours we can not and will not charge you more than $89.95 so you don’t have to watch the clock while we are working.
Again, the most important thing to remember is that if you give us a call and we can’t remove the virus or repair your original problem then we don’t charge you anything. We always tell you how much it will cost you to fix your problem before we start any work. We will not change our price half way through the work even if we take longer than expected. Wow. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. I just got off the phone with Zach who patiently and clearly helped me figure out that my computer problem was hardware, not software. At the end of the call I said “how much?” and he said “oh, we don’t charge if the problem is hardware related.” I was floored and grateful and will ALWAYS call this company if I have software problems. Zach was super-knowledgeable and absolutely no pressure. Customer service the old-fashioned way. I should add that I called Boxaid after spending a half hour on hold waiting for Lenovo support, and then an awful experience with Lenovo, my laptop’s manufacturer, trying to get help on the same problem. Lenovo provided nothing but robot commands, hold time, and ultimately terrible advice and tons of pressure to buy a one-year software “warranty” I didn’t need for $200.
