Impressed - by Maria, March 11 2012 Michelle communicated very efficiently and educated me about viruses as he fixed a problem that another service was either unwilling or unable to handle. The issue seemed difficult and required quite a bit of time. However, I never felt like I was about to be dropped, or that she was discouraged. I am very impressed and will definitely rely on and recommend BoxAid for any future problems.
