Your Office MUST Meet these Requirements:
You must have a quiet home office where you can work
You must have a land line with a headset where calls can be routed to you
You must have unlimited outbound calling on your land line to call people back anywhere in the United States or Canada
You must have a high speed reliable internet connection in your office
You mush have a newer computer that is dedicated to resolving BoxAid calls
Your Skills MUST Meet these Requirements:
You must be familiar with remote control tools like logmein, teamviewer, and VNC
You must have a professional and EASY TO UNDERSTAND phone voice
You must be a MASTER troubleshooter on Microsoft Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7
You must have extensive Windows security knowledge
You must have EXTENSIVE knowledge about viruses, Trojans, malware, worms and how to clean them. You will have to explain this in DETAIL during your interview.
You must have extensive knowledge of how to speed up Windows by making startup tasks more efficient
You must be very good with drivers and software configuration including printer problems
In general you must be very technical and know how to answer the most common questions asked by novice users.
